New lawnmower

Hi,
I need to get a new lawnmower for a garden that is about 125 - 150 Meters.

Was thinking of getting an electrical one. Do any of them have re-chargeable batteries? Any recommendations?

Are the robotic ones a scam or do they work?

Note, I don't need to collect the grass. Leaving it on the garden is fine.

You can get cordless/battery lawnmowers, but they are expensive.

Most electric mowers will have a collection box but if you don't mind leaving cuttings on lawns, would one of these work:

I think you'd be better getting a decent petrol mower.

I know a guy with a robotic mower and he seems to spend all his time following it around and fiddling with it so I wouldn't get one.

I need to get a mower myself and only have a budget of about €200 and 1/3 of an acre to cut. I had checked out which.co.uk and had decided on getting the Bosch rotak-40-ergoflex which is on sale in Woodies at €205 since recommended petrol moweres are much more expensive.

Ryobi aren't reviewed by Which unfortunately so I don't know what to get now. Petrol mowers can be hard to start especially with short arms! But on the other hand self propel is a good feature and at that price! Any suggestions anyone?
