The article is a bit of an over-reaction to a covered up plane on the back of a low loader. As one of the possibilities mentioned in the article of it being a deliberate leak by the Chinese military or a Chinese company touting for sales I'd agree with that. It just looks like mind games to keep the industrial military complex in the US and China in funding for the next while. The US and China need each other too much trade wise and currency wise to start sabre rattling. Its more than likely the weapons industry trying to create a fake Cold War.
