Hi there, lately I can't seem to lose any more weight. I'm still training every day (bar sunday) but have been kinda lenient with my diet, so I was thinking of changing that and being more strict.

So... things I should cut out? Like white bread (or bread altogether??) cereals, pizzas/preserved food and what else?

In addition, is there any food you suggest to eat that is filling/light?

    Thanks in advance :D

Cut out all that, replace with vegetables like cauliflower and broccoli or just simple foods that do not come in jars or boxing as whatever has to be contained is generally processed.

I enjoy apples and a bit of peanut butter or some lean meat like a small breast of chicken for a snack.

If you are doing the work like you say you are it's more than likely your diet that is holding you back.

I'm no expert on this so my advice might not be spot on but in general it works for me but I would say wait for someone else to comment too who might be more informed than me.

Oh and make sure you are guzzling water rather than fruit juices as they are packed with sugar and extra calories you might not be aware of.
