Does anyone have any idea how much an assistant psychologist earns?
    Thanks in advance.

The vast majority of assistant psychologists in Ireland would be working voluntarily. There is no assistant psychologist grade in the HSE.

Some assistant psychologists may be earning a wage, usually provided for from a research budget or from some funding body outside the HSE. As far as I know, there is a recognised assistant psychologist grade in the NHS, and paid posts may be more common there.

    Hi
I am an Assistant Psychologist working on a really interesting study. Although the experience is invaluable my expenses do add up. If at all possible enter into a position where there is funding available for at least your expenses so you may just break even.
Funded positions are few and far between but they do exist.
    Good luck with it :)
