    does anyone know if itsbetter to go for a d licence rather than a d1,as passing the d would get the d1

    Definately go for the D licence OP. A D1 (mini van) is a complete waste of time and money. If you pass the D you'll automatically get the D1. The same applies to the C licence.

    If you can drive anything like a sprinter van should have no problem
