Anybody remember these?



Everybody's older brother,uncle or father had one of these that they bought,used for a week and then threw under the bed or into a wardrobe.

I remember trying to use one when i was a kid and checking my arms ten minutes later to see how big my muscles had gotten

We had a bull worker, and a sit up machine which was basically two foot grips and a T-Bar hand grip with a spring and an elastic between then

Bit of an ecosystem, if you left a Bullworker alone in the dark somewhere quiet, magically, a pair of these would appear alongside..



You haven't really lived life until you've snagged hair\skin\hit on the chin (after acting the maggot..) with the end of one of these. This one looks well made, but the tatty ones sold with the Bullworker would often end up alongside, under the same bed, or in the same wardrobe..
