cartell or motorcheck??

    Hi guys I just wanna check 2 cars history before going to haggle with the dealers....which site would be reccomended. My main concern would be that the car is clocked..thanks:)

    You can't fully rely on those sights as the car could have been clokcked before any of there records As in car gets 1st nct after 4 years car could have been done in that time which there would be no records.

    Best way before taking car is get your own mechanic or AA to check it over

    Either of them sites are ok

    UK has a better record system

    I used Cartell last week, mainly to check for finance on the car but it also did a mileage check and since it was a UK car it gave HPI clearance. Was money well spent for peace of mind on the finance anyway!!
