    hi there

    im presently looking for a building surveyor to compile a report on a 190 sqr metre bungalow

    would anyone have any idea what the cost might be for this kind of service ?

    Are you looking for a structural survey or a pre-purchase survey?

    well im in a pre purchase stage and my aim is to see if the house is structurally sound

    Need following information -
    Location of property ?
    Age of building ?
    Any modifications (attic conversion / extension, etc.) built at property?

    age of property = 1973
    if your in the midlands, its less than an hours drive
    191 sqr metre bungalow

    that should be enough info
