So iv sold an expensive item on ebay to a low feedback buyer (3) I tend not to deal with low feedback but things change I suppose. Is the best way to cover myself is using registered post ?

    hi,

you could use registered post or go with a courier like GLS or Parcel2Go

if its expensive then a courier would probably be best.

I only heard at the weekend that all packages leaving Ireland to another EU destination need this form :

But the PO did'nt ask me who I was or to verify my address , nor indeed if I could prove that the package contents was same as on this form .

Whichever method you use OP , make sure you receive a tracking number .

And theres also this form to non-eu destinations .

Well I prefer to use them , in case the package is stopped somewhere for not compliance.

You'd expect that kind of form for outside the EU but needing in the EU now? Things must be getting bad

In saying that, iv had awful experience with Italy, dodgy as ****
