Howdy folks. Back door wasn't closing properly and on inspection found the door cracked at hinge pin on the actual door NOT the frame...frame is ok. So door is only being held by 2 hinges instead of 3. The door is now sitting skewed and is only going to get worse. problem is I can't lift the door off the hinges to have a better look/fix as I haven't enough clearance on the top to remove door fully. I can lift it up about an inch but then I'm limited by the door alcove. What's the best thing I can do?

ring munster joinery and tell them the crack
hope that they fitted the windows and doors
ask them what do they advise?
