    Hi just wanted to ask I has out of work paid sick pay would I get tax back I was out for 4 months thanks in advanced

    It all depends on your circumstances. Did you pay tax on your earnings since the start of the tax year? Were you paid your illness benefit directly by the DSP or through your payroll? There's far too many variables to go into here without knowing your exact situation and its not advisable to post your exact situation on an internet forum.
    Suffice to say, just make sure your employer has an up to date record of any DSP payments received when you return to work.
