    Folks,

At a rough guess what would I be looking at to pay a tiler to do an average sized bathroom. It's a pretty straightforward room with no odd angles or anything awkward.

Who will be supplying the tiles, tile spacers, adhesive, grout and angle beads??

    You or the tiler?

I got my bathroom and ensuite done for 20 euro a square meter.

    I supplied the materials.

I'd buy the whole shebang, I'd just need someone to lay the tiles.

I've had a tiler recommended to me who is 12 per square yard and does a trade deal with local shops for adhesive, grout etc.

Ring around and ask, you might be surprised.

Mine however is a huge job over 70sq yards of tiling which does seem to make a difference.

budget between 500 and 600 euro for a good tiler.

    Hey Stheno,
I'm in the process of buying my first house, and will need kitchen and bathroom tiled soon enough.
Would you be able pass on details of your tiler?

by PM if it's not cool (or you don't want to) post here.

    Thanks!

The shower head was bought from Heiton Buckleys in Santry.

That is an ensuite "mixer" shower and it runs off a solar hot water system that gives me hot water 24/7.

    Very happy so far.:)
