Santa Ponsa, Magalluf or Palma Nova

    Hi, I have booked a flight to Majorca with some friends and we are little bit stuck deciding where is best to stay. We are all early 20's and want good night life but also good restaurants and a nice beach. We have narrowed it down to these three. If you had to choose which would you think is nicest..? Thanks

    I would stay in santa ponza more irish their. Then if ya want a night or two in magalluf its only a taxi spin up the road

    Santa Ponsa is the nicest of the three in terms of beach/restaurants/scenery and it would have the biggest Irish presence.

    Maga has the better nightlife with BCM and the likes but it's really English-y and a bit crap during the day to be honest.

    Depends what is most important to you and your friends. Personally I'd stay in Santa Ponsa and get a taxi to Magaluf if I wanted a big night out in BCM/Majorca Rocks.

    A taxi will set you back about a score each way so it's not too bad between a group!

    I'd recommend a day out in the capital if you want a nice relaxing day (Unlikely with a group of 20 odds I know ;)). It's a lovely City with some Temple Bar like streets and some nice shops.

    I love that island :p.

    any recommendations where to stay in santa ponsa? im in a group of 6 girls so we want somewhere cheap and close to everything!
