2 bottles of wine 1 night a week

I love red wine but I only have it once a week, the thing is I drink 2 bottles on a saturday night which the probably too much but I dont drink the other 6 days a week, do you think this is over doing it, I eat healthy and go to the gym on the other 6 days of thr week also and dont take a sip of any alcohol except for…
