Hi All,

Just wondering would anyone be able to give us a rough idea of a price per sq foot to build in mayo. We are looking to build 2700 sq foot,story and a half house. 4 bedrooms, two main bathrooms, one en suite and small bathroom in utility, kitchen, living room and dining room. We have a site and have rough plans drawn up. We would like it finished to a med-high standard.
