certification for paper lamps - 2pin to 3 pin

Hi there folks,

having a bit of trouble with this one. We make 10W paper lamps which are two pin plug from Korea (like this one)

we use a standard lamp switch

with a connector which is like this one except the line connects together

The bulbs are the screw in kind.

What we want to do is to get these certified so we can sell them legally here in Ireland. Is there a way we can use what we have to safely put a 3 pin plug on the Korean plug keeping expense as low as possible.

If not, can anyone advise me if we were to upgrade to 15W, where could be buy a connector that would allow us to do this.
