    VERY light!

    Outsole: Nylon sole reinforced with fiberglass. Compatible with Look and Spd pedals. •Upper: Breathable and comfortable Air mesh combined with synthetic fabric.

    Bought for wife, she tried them in the house but decided to stay with mtb shoes and never wore them on bike. Genuinely as new.

    Removeable Insole says " Woman Last" but I honestly can't see a difference between these and mens shoes - I'd keep them if they fit me.
