Very good gun, shoot clays regularly with two lads that have them and I'm thinking about getting one myself. Is it a sporter model you're getting?

You can't go wrong with them really, just make sure it fits you because it would be an expensive mistake if it didn't.

The 325 barrels were made by chopper lump construction, the 525 barrels are made using monobloc construction. Chopper are suppose to give stronger barrels. The majority if not all of the 325's are not chromed inside so you need to clean them asap after use. The 325 imo is a better gun then the 525 and a total classic.
I had a 525 sporter with 30 inch barrels and I found it superb on clays and duck shooting. The only reason I got rid of it was I got out of clay shooting for financial reasons. 1200 euro for a mint 525 is not expensive even in this market. I would recommend a 525 to anybody, if I had a mint 325 I would hold on to it. For people who dont have a 325 there is nothing wrong with a 525 at all!
