The New York Public Library has digitized 150 pictures of 'felons' and 'Fenian political prisoners' from Mountjoy from the 1850s and 1860s. In all there are many people in the images as some pictures have four people. Names have also been transcribed and attached to a lot of the images. It might be possible to match them…

The New York Public Library has digitized 150 pictures of 'felons' and 'Fenian political prisoners' from Mountjoy from the 1850s and 1860s.

In all there are many people in the images as some pictures have four people. Names have also been transcribed and attached to a lot of the images.

It might be possible to match them to prison and court records on FMP & Familysearch.
