Scratched Car

Parked my car in a supermarket carpark. When I got home I noticed a small scratch just above the bumper. About 10-12cm. How much would this be to get repaired. No hope of getting who left it now. Would a repair pen do or would I have to get the panel re-sprayed?

tried a repair pen. Didn't work. Looks like a respray job on the whole bumper.

If your near town I'd recommend fitzwilliam garage off Bagott St. Joe did a bumper scuff for me recently. Job was 100% and cost me less than a quote I got for a SMART repair.
