Hi folks, The camera on my HTC Sensation XE has stopped working. I've had it about 7 months. Should I take it back to the CPW store where I bought it, and insist they look after it, or am I better off just contacting HTC myself? Thanks for any advice.

Should I take it back to the CPW store where I bought it, and insist they look after it, or am I better off just contacting HTC myself?

The contract is between you and Carphone Warehouse. They have to resolve it for you.
