anyone know where to send a ricoh digital camera for repair?

    as title says i bought a ricoh grd iv off ebay and its stopped working. the lens wont go in or out and just beeps 4 times when i press the power button. i tried the tips on this site

    but nothing works. i emailled the uk ricoh site but no reply yet. i guess it is still under warranty as its only a new camera. the cameras are very hard to get hold of and don't really want to send it back for a refund. if the warranty is void where would be a good place to send it? thanks

    thanks jarren, i found a link to register it and book a repair. so i have a rma number and they want me to send it to a fella in newcastle. what do i send? will i send the box and cables and manual etc or just wrap the camera up and just send that and the battery? sorry i never sent anything back before - been sort of lucky til now

    Send everything in a box via registered post.

    Use GLS or Citypost, they charge about 21.50 Euros,an post is much more expensive.
