BOI iPhone app

    Can only one customer use the iPhone app?

    I can log in no problem on my phone but when I tried to use my friends app for my accounts I couldn't get access. It said the details were incorrect.

    Hi Poxyshamrock,

    After you log in the first time on your iPhone, you will not be asked for your user id again. If your friend has Banking 365 and used his user id on his phone it will not allow you to log in on his phone. The only way you would be able to check it would be deleting the app from your friend's iPhone and downloading it again for you to log in. This would have to be repeated if your friend wanted to log in.
