    Hi all
Finally got around to bringing our van for Doe and unfortunately it failed.
Need some advice with regards to the repairs needed.
It is a 99 Iveco Daily conversion. It failed on a few points but the main issues were that- the right and left tie arm ball joints are worn
-the right hand tie arm is bent
    - the anti roll bar bushings and Left hand shock bushings need replacing.
Unfortunately my knowledge of mechanics is limited so any info people can provide me with regards the tasks in hand would be much appreciated. Are these components difficult to replace? Would it be an expensive job? Would I be better off ordering the parts online and bringing them to a suitable garage to replace rather than just bringing the van and asking mechanic to source the parts. When replacing the right hand tie arm, would I be better in replacing the left hand one at the same time?
Thanks in advance for any help, info or suggestions

I haven't worked in a daily but the jobs you've listed are pretty straight forward.
2 hours labor plus the parts( I'd reckon not much over 100 for them)
You may aswell let re garage source the parts... Just bring it to someone familiar with ivecos and they'll get the right bits first off.

Thanks Marty. Appreciate the response. Apparently my headlights need refocusing. Is that a job that is easily done?
The only other thing that needs attention are one or two rusted sections on the underneath of body work which I understand involves having the sections removed and new bits of steel welded in place.

    If it's just refocusing straightforward.
Chopping out rusted sections underneath could be a bit of work alright... All depends where they are how complex they are to re fabricate)
Make sure you get a wire brush out once their done and prime what you can under there to slow down a reoccurrence.

All easy jobs you need a hefty ball joint breaker or a heftier hammer to do it yourself. Ball joints are about €20 each online, bushing could be about the same depending on which ones are worn. Do you mean the track control arm is bent or the tie/track rod is bent, an engineering works might straighten it in a press otherwise about €100 for that new.
