    what kind of rates are banks lending at today , i know the ECB rate is pretty irelevant , when you go to bank of ireland , aib or permanent tsb , you dont expect to borrow 300 k for thirty five years @ 1%

    what kind of mortgage rates are achievable right now , also , if one were to go with a fixed rate , what kind of deals are out there

    They are all on the bank's website. have a look. Different rates for different products and different LTV ratios.

    those are guidelines , was looking for opinions from people who sat down and done deals with banks
