Apologies if this is in the wrong place....

I buy a lot from China and US (dont judge me haha) - mainly clothes/shoes etc. I am used to the import charge and always pay no problem or questions asked! SOmetimes I am charged and sometimes not so I just put the times I am not down to luck!

Now.. dhl have just left me a voicemail saying they made a mistake and should have charged me €87 for a delivery they made a while ago. I would have paid at the time (or would not have got my goods obviously!) but can they demand this as it was there mistake not mine?!
