I have listened to their last album "David comes to life" few times during the last week and I like the concept, I like the guitars and I like the energy so i can definitely understand why it got so many good reviews and was rated one of the top 10 albums of 2012 by many magazines and websites, but for some reasons there is something that bothers me, perhaps the complicated lyrics or the bloody singer shouting all the 78 mins of the records.

I'm interested in your opinion too, so fire away!

I like his voice... I like their music...

I'm just not sure I like them both together... which is why they're Good just not Brilliant. I think.

I bought two of their songs though...

And what about the name? meh. its a little immature, its like his voice goes with the name, but the music though is a little more refined.

I even dont mind the vocals but they need some kind of thrashy speed punk...

They're a pretty good band. Their first two albums are very good. I've yet to listen to David Comes To Life though.

although the voice kind of suits the subject matter and gives it a konf of authenticity, there is only so much i can talk of that kind of enraged pathos, i am not 15 anymore, on 4 or 5 songs it is fine but it's hard to take over the whole album

i do like the band and the singer, great writers/musicians etc. but why not a different tempo/slower more intelligible voice at times...a bit of variety is good although i understand the last album was a concept album

i would just like to see how they sound with less rage

The song I'm most familiar with is Son The Father:

Flute intro at the start and then it breaks into a sort of hardcore/punk style!

Like that song anyway, I have the rest of the record too but can't say I listen to it much.
