Item not received

    I bought 3 items from Topman over a week ago and they arrived yesterday, only for one of the items to be missing from the order. They also provided me with a receipt for all 3 items, so I am worried that I won't be believed.

    I contacted them yesterday morning (after the items came) but they haven't got back to me yet, so I contacted them again today (via their site) twice. Is there any other course of action I can take?

    Can you phone them? Emails tend to be ignored for issues like this.

    Rang them and sorted it. Turns out I didn't even get charged for it, which is ridiculous considering I got billed for it and the product was also on my receipt :confused::confused::confused:

    The product was part of a 2 t-shirts for £12 offer, the t-shirts were £7 each, but I got charged £6 for the first t-shirt and the balance (£1) for the second one, I didn't really notice in the difference in the total as I had vouchers and a student number for 2 discounts. I don't understand why they just didn't put "out of stock" for the other t-shirt, instead of putting it on my order and receipt, I would have just purchased another instead.

    Anyways, it's sorted.
