I'm moving to New York at the end of the month, I was wondering if anybody would know how to make contact with any soccer clubs on or in proximity to Manhattan. I want to join one and help get myself into a routine quickly.

If any one has any advice on sports clubs, gyms on Manhattan I'd be delighted to hear about them! I play a bit of squash, swim and run as well as the usual gym stuff so any sporting advice would be gratefully accepted; even flag American football or softball, both of which I'd like to try at some point!
