Was due to meet a passenger but the flight was due in around an hour ago but has not appeared. Nobody seems to know why and know more?

Dublin Airport website says flight is delayed until 23:55.

Its showing as departed Budapest with only a 10 minute delay, but I can't find it on flight radar, has it arrived??

Hmm, just changed now to 23:59. Doesn't say it's arrived.

As far as I know a number of flights had to hold/divert due to tail winds.

I see it there now, when I picked it up first it was climbing out of 2500 ft over Limerick, at 10,000 ft now, I wonder did it stop in SNN for some reason?

Essential maintenance was needed in the common area of 28/16/34, only shortened length 10 available, tail wind was to strong for some aircraft, diversions occurred
