Minimum spend on FB ads

    Trying to set up an ad on Fb which will be visible down the sidebar. The mock up looks good but when I get to the pricing options it all goes pear shaped. I have tried both the CPC and CPM options but cannot get it to accept my spend. I wanted to spend € 30 for just a one day campaign. I cannot get it to accept my bid and also I cannot get the dates I enter to stick . Am I go wrong somewhere or maybe my spend is too small . I have also tried running the campaign for a month at a daily spent of €1, ( totalling 30 ) but that didnt work either , plus it keeps reverting to dollars ! Thats fine... I entered a spend of $ 30 but again it kept reverting to $ 350.. Beginning to give up now I will keep my € 30 !!! Bottom line is I dont mind how long it runs for or whether its CPC or CPM , as an experiment I want to spend € 30 and see how it works.
    Any advice welcome
