Redundancy & holidays

I was going to take the Christmas holidays from next years holidays as i have service days that i could use. Question is at the end of august i should have 7 days for the year left but i wont.…

Question is at the end of august i should have 7 days for the year left but i wont. Will work take the 7 days from my redundancy? I am hearing conflicting reports from my co-workers.

Yes, most likely they will take any holidays taken above what you have accrued off your last salary payment although this would vary by company. Speak to hr.
