leisure battery not charging on 220v

while away last week when connected to 220v i descovered the leisure battery wasnt charging, its not the battery as it topped up the next day while driving and i have chaecked the relay at the battery and its working (forced 12v pulse) and all the outputs from my schaudt 280 are giving me 12v so i dont know where to look…

while away last week when connected to 220v i descovered the leisure battery wasnt charging, its not the battery as it topped up the next day while driving and i have chaecked the relay at the battery and its working (forced 12v pulse) and all the outputs from my schaudt 280 are giving me 12v so i dont know where to look next. the only cables at the leisure battery go directly back to the control unit and if i disconnect the lesure battery even though im plugged in the panel dies not an expert but does it sound like my panel is at fault?

any advice would be gratefuly received!!
