Vat on rent

    I built a commercial property 6 years ago and reclaimed the Vat. I now charge Vat on rent to the tenant. Anybody know how long I must continue to do this ? or if it can be avoided :)

    Unfortunately property threads are against the charter.

    If you have an accountant then I just you contact him and discuss this matter. There are a number of different possibilities depending on whether you're under a wavier or a VAT4B.
