Property transfer to Company name

I have had a recent tax audit and have paid severely for two properties bought in my own personal name as I used company money as deposits now know as directors loans. I am now looking to find out if I can sell a property I own personally to the company, would this be a disadvantage for tax reasons or can it be done.

Property threads are against the charter.
