The original internals were completely removed and done over with a 9mm element gearbox and element internals and the aluminium air nozzle for the masada. The motor was replaced with a G&P M120 motor. The hop unit was replaced with an aluminium upgraded one, a guarder rubber and a madbull python tightbore inner barrel. On the outside it has had the one point sling adaptor installed, a magpul mvg and a G&P 30mm red dot sight. Comes with a G&P high cap magazine.
Only issue I had is I couldnt figure out how the selector sits when installing or anyone I knew so it doesnt click nicely into place when changing from safe to semi and full auto. Has fantastic range and shoots 315fps on an xcortech chrono.
