    Every ten or twenty minutes I get a message from FaceTime saying that " your carrier may charge for activation SMS" how to I stop this from happening without turning off FaceTime.??

    depending what network you are with just check to see are you being charged every time, i'd try turning off facetime and imessage, restart the phone and then turn both back on again

    it seems as if the registration didn't complete properly
