Corralea Court Hotel(Town center) and Ard Na Ri Hotel(Miltown Rd, 5 min drive from town center) would be worth a look.

With regards B&B, I dont know of any so I cant recommend one, but I know their is one on, the galway road by the Topaz station run by the Killeen's, I pass by it everyday. It would be a 2 min drive or 15min walk from town center.
