Apart from the fire demon storyline and
    killing Luna
I thought it was the best episode of the season. I realised about half way through the episode that I had literally moved to the edge of my seat. Can't wait for next week now, hope they keep up this pace.

Also, shouldn't Jessica be stronger than Tara?

Wonder who's shooting shifters. I thought only the wolves knew, but I don't think Marcus' mum would allow her granddaughter to be shot

And Yay for more Tina Majorino

Very good episode, the whole production seemed tighter than previous episodes, loved the
horror film rip-off style trip through the abandoned asylum
Still too many stories though, at least the Sam/Luna/Lafayette content fits in with the theme of the show, even if it's unnecessary. Can't understand where they're going with Terry.

And one of the best parts
Welcome back to the screen Russell!
Looking forward to the rest of that storyline!

Strongest episode of the season so far and the only one I've actually been moved to comment on.

The asylum scenes were hilarious, we need more stuff like that.

I think they're going too heavy on the religion-skewering. They could be a little more subtle.

I like the supe-KKK angle. It's legitimately scary when they roll up in their trucks. Were they wearing Obama masks?

The Ifrit and the fairies and LaFayette are too much at the moment and should have been left alone. At times, it's like watching several different tv shows at once.

Also, Tara is much less irritating as a vamp.

Loved that episode. I was rolling my eyes at the cheesiness of Alcide's "I've been waiting so long for this", but I guess the writers were too. Well Jessica would be stronger because she's slightly older, but wouldn't Pam being Tara's mother (and Eric being her granddad (and Godric being her great granddad!)) make her stronger than the average newborn? That said, I can't remember how old Bill is or who made him, so I'm probably talking out of my ass. Does maker-age even impact the offspring?

Aaaanyway. That episode was just what True Blood should be like every week. Funny, suspenseful, fast-paced and gross. I don't mind the fire demon storyline either, I could do without the fairies though. Roll on next week!

Although, this happens every year in my opinion. Season starts slow, becomes brilliant in the middle, then loses its mind towards the end haha.

Maybe thats the key to surviving it ;)

This episode was much better than the previous ones. They just need to keep it up now.

I've zero interest in the fire demon thing, or Lafayette still having that demon thing inside him. Its like theres nothing more interesting for the characters to be doing, so they just make up stupid stories for them.

Be better if we had an episode without Terry and Arlene or Lafayette. Focus on the main storylines.

Oh and Paquin is really starting to annoy me.

Basically more sex, gore and blood. I think the reason Russell's character is so good is because you could genuinely be scared of him. A lot of characters are loosing their scariness. If that makes any sense.

Well that was an improvement. I have to admit, when they shot Luna and Sam, I was a little bit happy because for a moment I thought we'd finally get rid of one pointless storyline. But of course Sam is going to make it and he'll be Emma's new daddy and on it goes. :p That scene was so cheesy though, with the slow motion running and the falling over etc. And Emma didn't seem too upset about seeing her mom get shot. Also that whole fire demon thing is pretty pointless and uninteresting, but otherwise it was a good episode.

Noone's wondering what happens to Jesus? Loved the whole episode and my girlfriend loved the very beginning. Yeah, half naked supernaturals.
