Installing Saorview and UK Channels

I own one of those multibox things which allow you to get saorview and UK free-to-air channels. Most of the channels seem to instsll when you do the automatic installation. However some such as Channel 5, Channel 4 HD, France 24 CBS Reality don't appear anymore. I think they did at the beginning. It is strange because the likes of CBS Reality +1 is working OK. Also I can't seem to get RTE+1 tuned it at all. Also is there two sky news channels - one Irish and one English available? I only get one.

Is there a certain frequency I can enter to get these channels?

    Much appreciated.

The frequencies for the satellite channels are here: http://www.lyngsat.com/Eutelsat-28A-and-Astra-1N-2A-2B.html

    Which box.

There are channel editors available for some, that you load via USB, forcing stations to load that dont load on scan, initially.

RTE1+1 should be scanned after 7 in the evening and then added to the channel list. Thats a once off issue.

I tried it earlier on there and it was after 7 but didn't get an RTE1+1. I don't understand all this astra/hotbird type stuff. They seem to show up with the strongest signals. Each of them then seem to have between like 40 and 80 different frequency things or whatever they are called.

I did manage to get France 24 and CBS Reality back. Another thing I was wondering is why the red button thing doesn't work for the BBC? I found the menu channel as well as a few of the other streams you can select from the menu but I can't do the thing where you press one to get such and such and all that. Would that have something to do with the TV or remote?

Where do I go about finding these channel editors?
