Hmm, I always thought that a cock lifter and a buck rake were just different names for the same thing. My uncle had a diesel 20 like the one in the photo.

I opened this expecting it to be a thread on Joan Collins!

Either way we always called that a buck rake, never heard it called a cock lifter, even though it's used to lift cocks. (Of hay).
