Hi All, I'm just wondering is it ok to be planting shrubs in a garden this time of year or are we a bit late? Have a section in the front garden we're looking to fill up with some low lying shrubs that spread out, if anyone had any suggestions to what would work i'd really appreciate it. Hi All,
