Open Source Hotspot with vouchers

I am looking for some help/advice on setting up a hotspot for a drop-in centre cafe with pre-printed vouchers.

We already have a free hotspot there with a 45 min. limit with just a terms and conditions page for the users to click , but the cafe wants to be able to give out vouchers in order for users to gain access. This is to stop neighbours from squatting on their signal (7meg ).

The company we use at the moment is HotspotSystems.com but they charge for vouchers. Easyhotspot-nano.com charge for vouchers also.

Are there any solutions where you can generate your own vouchers and just give them out to customers free. They are happy to give access to visitors and don't need to make money out of it. There is an old PC and Printer in the drop-in centre office which could pre-print vouchers if we can get something like that working.

The router we use is a WTR54GS running DD-WRT.

Any help/advice is welcome.(I am not a programmer so I can't just tweak the code myself)

    Thanks in advance.

    Dolphinsushi
