stuck for time online deliveries

    had to order two emergency packages for our wedding next thursday.

    one from Asos (2 day express delivery)
    one from debenhams.ie, normal delivery


    Asos was ordered wed 1pm
    debenhams around wed 6pm

    asos dispatched at 4am this morning
    debenhams dispatched 6pm this evening


    asos i am tracking on dpd, and it said 'awaiting parcel' for most of today, at 7pm it says it was received at the sorting hub and has been sitting there since, considering wed was the order day, i wrote it off, with 2 day express i was told i would have it by friday, is this likely? i paid extra to have it express delivered. :(


    debenhams sent me an email with a tracking code but the link fails to load, which courier company do they use?
    nightline are saying there is no valid tracking parcel with that number, i have tried An post, dpd, dhl, ups and nightline, none recognise it.


    what are the odds i will get these before next thursday?
