What kind of work do you have in mind: hunting, target, general?

I like both. I like the mildot for targets and the SR12 style for hunting.

    Both hunting and target.

If you use a laser rangefinder and kentucky windage go SR12.
    Otherwise go mildot.
Personally I prefer mildot because I use it to rangefind and know the drop for each dot for good old Kentucky windage :)

I think I would side with the SR12, in general.
