ireland to nancy?

    hi, just wondering has anyone ever travelled to nancy in france from ireland? im trying to figure out the best way to go about doing it. i could fly to paris and get a train across or would i be better flying to maybe frankfurt? ive no idea of approximate train prices if anyone could point me in the right direction please.

    You can use the SNCF website in English at http://www.sncf.co.uk/ to get prices (in pounds) from both Paris and Frankfurt. For example, I've found that the 14:01 tomorrow from Frankfurt Main Hbf to Nancy Ville costs £76.50. Also, I've found that the 15:54 tomorrow from Paris Est costs £65.50, but you have to factor in the cost of getting across Paris.

    and you should also know that if you book in advance you can get right cheap fares, like 20 or 30 euro each way.
