What's considered the best value Android tab right now?

    Basically looking for something to serve as a reader and for email/surfing. Maybe a few other apps, not looking for anything for gaming or whatever.

    Capacitive screen needed most definitely.

    I bought a cheap Tablet from China as a reader and it worked ok for a while but now it's not reading the SD card so it's impossible to store epubs/mobi on it. I have to redownload the book from dropbox each time and make note of the page which is a bit of a pain in the arse. Plus I'm getting IP conflict trouble on it.
    Plus it's a resistive screen which is crap. Basically it's a piece of junk.

    I wouldn't mind ordering again from the far east if it's a good tab but would prefer not to.
