Im applying for a job and theyre asking for a photo CV. am i right in assuming it should be a passport head shot?

Yeah, well that's what I'd do anyway. Usually it's just so that they can put a face to the name, it's usually easier for the interview, so just don't use anything too old!

If it is for a modelling job, I would send them photos from my portfolio, otherwise I would send them a passport photo.
