Safe mode on an Opel Astra Radio

    Hi,

    I hope someone can help me. I am after getting a new battery for a Opel Astra. 2000. The radio comes up on safe mode. I have the manual for the car but dont see the code for the radio. should the code be printed in the manual or is it something that i have to get off the car dealer?

    If it helps, with my Astra the radio code was on single sheet of paper that was in with the car / radio manual.

    The code for Opel always comes on a card similar in size to a credit card. Check booklet for radio in glovebox.
    I can possibly supply code from serial no.
