What happens if you miss a rent allowance payment?

    Asking for a friend who missed her payment last week and can't get to the CEO just yet. Will she be suspended or will she just have to reapply for the missed week?

    Call the CWO who handles her application and explain. If the reason is valid, the CWO can resubmit the missed payment to be collected with the next week.

    I second that, call the CWO the main office if you have to. having said that I missed one week as I was away, I told the sw I was going and asked if I had to notify my cwo and they said no (but you do) I was never given the missed payment back :(
